Roof Replacement

Asphalt shingles are the most common type of residential roofing material that we remove and replace on a regular basis. We recently replaced aging and deteriorating shingles with high quality 30 year dimensional shingle in Cleveland Heights. Our customers had a porch with weather-beaten shingles. The possibilities of structural damage from leaks and rot were a compelling reason to move forward and address their roof. Our office was called and we immediately dispatched one of our estimators to inspect and provide options and a free estimate.

The following week our work began. Our team was quick to remove the many layers of shingles, inspect for any roof decking damage, and begin to apply the underlayment and ice and water shield. The old shingles were expertly removed and hauled away, leaving their yard free of debris.
